Common questions
- Sign in: Use email and password, Sign in with Apple, Google, or GitHub from the login screen.
- Sync: Create a free account to sync focus sessions, tasks, and stats across devices.
- Subscriptions: Cadence Pro is managed through the App Store. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- App blocking: On iOS, grant Screen Time permission when prompted to block distracting apps during focus sessions.
- Delete my data: Email contact@getcadenceai.app from your account address and we will delete your personal data.
